This package includes everything from The Gentle Space Birth Package, with the addition of continued postpartum support. You’ll receive 40 hours of care, which can be customized as day or overnight support (overnight hours count double). I’ll also bring two nourishing postpartum meals to help you rest and recover. Retail value is $2,700!

What does postpartum doula support look like? Postpartum care is tailored to your needs and can include both birth person-focused and infant-focused support. 

Birth person-focused care may include:

• Preparing and serving nutritious meals
• Herbal baths or foot soaks
• Rebozo belly binding
• A listening ear and processing your birth experience
• Accessing resources and guidance for your recovery

Infant-focused care may include:

• Feeding, changing, soothing, and putting your baby to sleep
• Taking over infant care so you can rest or practice self-care

Additional support can also include:

• Laundry, dishes, meal prep, grocery runs
• Watching older children
• Dog walks, errands, or carpool
• Anything else you need help with to feel supported
