You get 40 hours of my time and you get to customize whether that is day or overnight support (Overnight support will count for double the hours). Includes 3 postpartum meals that I will bring with me.

What does postpartum doula support look like?

I offer mother and infant-based care catered to your needs/wants. Mother-based care can look like: cooking and serving you nutritious postpartum meals, drawing you herbal baths or foot soaks, rebozo belly binding, a listening ear and processing of your experience, helping you get the resources you need, and more. Infant-based care can look like taking over infant care while you catch up on sleep or do self-care. Feedings, changing diapers, soothing, putting to sleep, etc. And really anything else that you need more support or help with. Laundry, dishes, chores, watching older children, food prep, grocery run, dog walks, carpool, etc. 

This package is especially special because we will have built a relationship through your pregnancy and birth experience that will continue through your postpartum. Knowing how your birth experience went can help me to better support you through postpartum.
