Alyssa is an absolute dream! Hiring her as a postpartum doula was the best decision we made after the birth of our son. It was wholly worth the investment. This package includes 2 prenatal home visits to prepare for birth together, on-call availability from 37–42 weeks, continuous in-person labor support for you and your partner, and a postpartum home visit to support your transition after baby arrives.
Everything in The Gentle Space Birth Package, plus 40 hours of postpartum support. Day or overnight care is tailored to your needs and includes both birthing person and infant-based care, along with two nourishing postpartum meals.
Daytime postpartum support available by the hour, with care tailored to both birthing person and baby depending on your needs. Discounts are available when purchasing multiple hours. Postpartum meals can also be added to your support package.

Meet Alyssa
Hi, I’m Alyssa, a birth and postpartum doula passionate about helping parents feel confident in their choices.
My approach centers around education, advocacy, and self-trust. I work with clients who want to understand their options, feel empowered to speak up for what they want, and approach birth with a mindset that can adapt to whatever path their experience may take.
My role is to create a gentle, supportive space where you feel informed, heard, and deeply supported every step of the way.

This was our first experience with having a Doula. My husband and I are extremely grateful to Alyssa. She is an absolutely amazing support person and caregiver. She gives you a step by step process. She outlines your labor and delivery for you and helps you with your birth plan. She was also the biggest advocate for me while in labor and gave my husband the tools to be as well. I could not have chosen a better support person and she will be who we choose next time as well.

As someone who is queer and has a transgender brother, providing gender-affirming care is very important to me. I strive to create an inclusive and safe environment by affirming one's unique identity, addressing specific needs, and actively working to dismantle any bias' or discrimination from providers.
