The Gentle Space Postpartum Options
I charge by the hour for postpartum care. Adding an additional $5 for overnights. If you purchase 20+ hours upfront, I will give a 15% off discount. Postpartum meal delivery option.
What does postpartum doula support look like?
I offer mother and infant-based care catered to your needs/wants. Mother-based care can look like: cooking and serving you nutritious postpartum meals, drawing you herbal baths or foot soaks, rebozo belly binding, a listening ear and processing of your experience, helping you get the resources you need, and more. Infant-based care can look like taking over infant care while you catch up on sleep or do self-care. Feedings, changing diapers, soothing, putting to sleep, etc. And really anything else that you need more support or help with. Laundry, dishes, chores, watching older children, food prep, grocery run, dog walks, carpool, etc.
